Our standard wall panels are available in four styles :

Sliding Glass Door Wall

PA Door Wall

All top and bottom chords, studs and noggins are pre-punched, notched, and dimpled to ensure your wall frame fits together perfectly (see diagrams below for wall description)

- W41 non cyclonic areas require studs at a minimum 600mm centres.

- W50 cyclonic areas require studs to be at 450 centres.

Note: Standard domestic wall heights are 2400mm.
Standard wall heights for other purposes can be 2500mm to 3600mm

When ordering wall frames it is advisable to design the wall length for easy handling. For example, use the following chart to calculate which wall frame would best suit. If you intend to build a Studio- Granny flat-Gym-etc, the simplest method is to design the walls to suit the location of where the roof trusses are required. Areas with a W41 wind rating require trusses to be spaced at 1200mm and areas with a W50 wind rating require trusses to be spaced at 900mm. This method does not apply to internal partition walls. All non loading partition walls regardless of wind category can be ordered with W41 600mm centres. Note: The wall lengths below are a suggestion only.

Wall panel selection process

Pick the style of wall panel required
Indicate the Windrating, length and height.
If asked, specify size of sliding glass door or window opening required.
If aksed, specify spacing of opening (PA door, sliding glass door, window) from left.
Specify number of this particular panel required
If additional panels are required, press the 'Yes' button at the bottom of the form.
