Flat ceiling trusses are ideal in domestic situations where Hobby rooms, Games rooms, Studios, Guest rooms, etc, are required. This particular type of shed may be easily adapted so that it can be insulated and lined. (If customers do require the shed to be lined, speak to the salesperson about spacing the studs at 600 centre's rather than the standard spacings). |

The Stud Frame System may be ordered from the factory as a "Flat Pack" or as "Assembled Walls". The benefit of the "Flat Pack" is the ease of transport. The "Flat Pack" is made up of individual pre-punched and pre-cut studs, plate and noggin. Each wall is numbered and individually packaged with an easy to read assembly Manual. Each frame is Tek-screwed into pre-punched dimples so as the location of studs and plates are pre-set. This enables you to assemble walls on site without the aid of a jig. Because of the precise measurements calculated by the Roll-former computer database and enabled by specially designed Engineered Software there is no error to cause delays in assembly.
Easy to follow construction manual
Unlike the Portal Frame, the panel type shed has separate wall panels with doorways and openings pre-cut and punched to your requirements.
The Benefits of the Stud Frame System
Standard vertical trim-deck cladding may be replaced with horizontal custom orb cladding,
Hardi-Plank, or other external claddings. (Habitable dwellings must meet with additional local council requirements). Please refer to salesperson if 600 stud spaces are required for lining. Standard stud spaces are 1000mm for W41 Sheds and 750mm stud spaces for W50. |
