The Novelty Shed is a class 10 structure - it cannot be legally lived in. Habitable dwellings are class 1 structures. But it can be used as a studio, games room, gym, bar and billiard room or anything else you fancy!!! Please note that the Novelty Shed does NOT have gable or side eaves.

We have created this range specifically for people who want a small building for purposes other than living in. This building can be built for much less because:
- Trusses can be at 3 meters
- No energy efficiency rating is required for council. - Bracing requirements are different - Tie down locations etc. |

Ceilings and Internal Lining
Ceilings may be lined with our standard "ceiling kit", with a choice of either cathedral style or flat ceiling.
