The Novelty Shed is a class 10 structure - it cannot
be legally lived in. Habitable dwellings are class 1 structures.
But it can be used as a studio, games room, gym,
bar and billiard room
or anything else you fancy!!!
Please note that the Novelty Shed does NOT have
gable eaves. If you would like eaves, please have a look at our Deluxe
Garage range.
The Novelty shed may be used for any purpose where vermin proofing is required.

A 12 degree roof pitch is our standard although
for additional charge a 20 degree roof pitch is available
Ceilings
and Lining
Ceilings may be lined with our standard "ceiling
kit", with a choice of either cathedral style or flat ceiling.
Wall panels have 600mm centers and are ready to
line internally

We have created this range specifically for people who want a small
building for purposes other than living in. This building can be built for

- No energy efficiency rating is required for council.
