not have the same level of council restrictions, and do not have eaves. A
Class 10 Cabin can not be legally lived in, but it can be used for a studio, games room, gym, bar and billiard room or anything else you

Inclusions What's In A Mecano Cabin Kit? - Fully Galvanised BlueScope stud frames for strength for your peace of mind.
- You can choose from 0.42mm zinc coated (Standard) or Colour Roofs 0.42mm whether it be Trimclad (Standard) or Corrugated Iron profile.
Lockup kits (unless otherwise stated) included
- External & Internal Wall frames
- Flat Roof Trusses standard spaces (not 1.2m spaces like a class 1)
- Roof Purlins
- Zinc Trimclad Profile Roof (Standard) or colour which attracts extra costs
- Colour Gutter & Barge
- 90mm PVC Downpipes to ground with support strapping and 90 degree elbows (one per drop)
